We collect, use and store your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO), the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. § 2 Credit assessment

Insofar as we provide advance services, e.g. in the case of payment on account, we may obtain credit information about you. For this purpose, we will forward your personal data to a credit agency (Schufa or Bürgel). On the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures, it is checked how high the risk of non-payment is. We make the conclusion of the purchase contract dependent on the result of the credit check.

§ 3 Information about cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DS-GVO in order to provide personalized functions as well as to analyze your use of the website. These are small text files that are stored in the RAM of your computer and store certain information related to your computer. These cookies are deleted after you close your browser. When subscribing to the newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. § 6 Consent to the transfer of data to distributors

We sell some of the goods displayed on our website exclusively through our dealer network. With your consent, we will transfer your data to a dealer in your area so that they can provide you with the desired offer. This website uses the “Google Maps and Route Planner” function of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”), to display or calculate geographical information and directions. § 9 Use of the Facebook Like plugin (“Like”)

This website uses plugins of the provider Facebook.com, which are provided by the company Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 in the USA. Users of our website, on which the Facebook plugin (“Like” button) is installed, are hereby informed that a connection to Facebook is established through the plugin, whereby a transmission to your browser is carried out so that the plugin appears on the website. Furthermore, through its use, data is forwarded to the Facebook servers, which contain information about your website visits to our homepage. We have also integrated the twitter.com web messaging service on our website. This is provided by Twitter Inc, 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Twitter offers the so-called “Tweet” function. This allows you to publish 140-character messages, including website links, in your own Twitter account. § 11 Use of the LinkedIn share button

We use plugins of the social network LinkedIn operated by LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “LinkedIn”) on our website. When you visit our website, the plugin establishes a connection between your respective internet browser and the server of LinkedIn and may transmit your IP address. If you click the “Recommend Button” of LinkedIn and are logged into your account at LinkedIn at the same time, you have the option to post content from our website on your profile page at LinkedIn. § 12 Intention to transfer data to a third country.

We also use various cloud services as part of the Service, including from providers based in the USA, which also process personal data, among other things. We expressly point out that no adequacy decision has yet been issued by the European Commission with regard to the USA. § 13 Use of the XING recommendation function

This website uses functions of XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Each time you call up our website, which is equipped with such a function, this causes the browser you are using to establish a connection to XING servers. To the best of our knowledge, personal data about the call to our website is not stored in the process. XING also does not store any IP addresses and an evaluation of usage behavior via the use of cookies in connection with the “XING Share Button” also does not take place. § 14 Information

Pursuant to Art. 15 of the German Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO), the data subject has the right to receive, upon request and free of charge, information about the personal data that has been stored about him or her. In addition, the data subject is entitled pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DS-GVO to object to the processing of personal data relating to him which is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. e or f DS-GVO for reasons arising from his particular situation. We will fulfill the aforementioned rights of the data subject to the extent that the legal requirements for the assertion of the rights are met. Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of data when using the website.

§ 15 Duration of storage and routine deletion
