Liquid Additive Manufacturing: Technology
With the LiQ 320 Liquid Additive Manufacturing (LAM) 3D printer, geometries can be created that were previously almost impossible to realize with conventional manufacturing processes. For the first time, it is now possible to apply liquid or highly viscous materials such as silicone in free form to almost any substrate. Other materials can also be processed in this way, for example epoxy resins, adhesives, waxes or ink.

Electronics for demanding users
The LAM 3D Printer's industrial computer is intuitive to use with its 7-inch touchscreen. It is connected to the network via Ethernet for remote access and monitoring via tablet, smartphone or computer. Print jobs can be started directly via an intranet interface or the browser-based control system. The practical "stand-alone printing" technology enables the 3D printer to perform its print job on its own, without the need for additional equipment.
Security
The well-founded safety technology monitors the movements of the system. Irregularities of the lamp are indicated by an integrated traffic light system to ensure process reliability. The foot switch prevents unauthorized intervention in the system during the printing process.
Maintenance & Service
The LAM 3D printer has proven its reliability in continuous operation.
Tailored to the needs of industrial use, a maintenance contract is available as an option, as well as professional on-site service by trained technicians. This includes maintenance and repair of the 3D printer, as well as software and hardware training. Individual wishes can be catered for at any time. The worldwide, certified German RepRap partner network ensures a reliable and professional service through a personal contact person in each region.
